Expertech History |
| Expertech was founded in 1992
to provide consulting services to the semiconductor industry, specializing
in the field of furnace and chemical vapor deposition systems. In
1993, Expertech was incorporated and began the manufacture and sale of
thermal processing and CVD equipment.
In addition to our portfolio of all new turn-key furnace systems for wafer processing applications of all types, Expertech is the largest remanufacturer of Thermco and BTI/Bruce furnaces, supplying expansion tool sets to the industry, as well as replacement parts, and complete product support. Expertech’s corporate offices and main manufacturing facilities are located in Scotts Valley, CA, thirty minutes from the heart of the Silicon Valley. Expertech is a privately held corporation.
