We supply both standard systems and custom engineered equipment tailored to the requirements of smaller production fabs, emerging technologies, and research groups in both industrial and academic laboratories. Our Scotts Valley headquarters include a 40,000 square foot modern manufacturing facility, a 1000 square foot clean room, and 100,000 square feet of warehouse space. |
