| The customer
service department at Expertech is capable of providing fast-response and
competent Field Service Support to downtime situations on various
production horizontal and vertical furnaces. This service includes phone
support, installation and startup services, onsite trouble-shooting and
repairs, replacement parts (dependent on availability), preventive
maintenance, and training (at Expertech facility in Scotts Valley, CA).
Field Service Support is currently available for the following equipment: |
- Thermco Analock, DDC, and TMX 9k/10k/12k
based horizontal furnaces
- Thermco Mini-brute furnaces
- Thermco Maxi-brute furnaces
- Expertech RF, HF, and TT series furnaces

- SVG/Thermco VTR7000 vertical furnaces
- SVG Anicon Reactors
- Furnaces equipped with SEMY MYPRO
