Repair facilities specializing in  BTU/BTI/Kokusai and Thermco TMX PC boards are available at competitive rates with fast turn-around from Expertech. An extensive program has been developed to meet customer needs in various downtime situations. A continuous stock of repaired and fully tested PC boards is available for either direct purchase or on an exchange basis to quickly support critical downtime scenarios. For less critical downtime issues, a standard repair program is in place to ensure all PC boards are repaired within a 3-4wk time window.

Expertech also provides complete boatloader rebuilding services for all types of Thermco and BTU/BTI/Kokusai horizontal furnace boatloader systems. Due to the complexity of boatloaders on systems running in production systems, these repairs and rebuilds are done at the factory to minimize repair impact to other furnaces running in production as well as overall costs to repair in the field.

Further, Expertech is set up for the repair and refurbishment of Schumacher and Olin-Hunt bubbler systems. With hundreds of bubbler systems in inventory to draw from, Expertech can provide quick turn-around on bubbler repairs and rebuilds…and has stock on completely refurbished and fully tested systems available for immediate delivery upon receipt of a purchase order.
